Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (“ABI”) requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms or individuals (hereinafter “Respondent” or “Respondents”) to redevelop an approximately 2.4 acre tract of surplus land near the western terminus of Amsterdam Avenue, NE in Atlanta, Georgia (hereinafter “Property” and depicted in Diagram A) to further ABI’s goals for affordable housing, job creation and economic development at a scale that is transit-supportive.
